    I'm having a problem with the contact page when view responsively. The main navigation menu appears three times. I have checked this problem in IE, Chrome, iphone and ipad - Same problem appears regardless of what it's viewed on.

    This problem can be viewed using your own Maximus demo page.

    How do I fix this?
