FAQ

If you are using one of our themes that use the Themeple Framework , then there is the possibility that after recent Wordpress update, you may not be able to see the option panel. If you have this view in your wp dashboard: wpwrap
If you do not see the option panel after the wp update, then follow the instructions below. Please go to these files: 1-wp-content\themes\yourtheme\js\main.js
Find these lines:
document.cookie = 'themeple_skin='+title[1] ;
 	setTimeout(function(){
         window.location.hash = "#wpwrap";
 	 window.location.reload(true);

-- // --
document.cookie = 'themeple_blog='+title[1] ;
 	setTimeout(function(){
 	 window.location.hash = "#wpwrap";
	 window.location.reload(true);

-- // --
document.cookie = 'themeple_layout='+title[1] ;
  	setTimeout(function(){
	window.location.hash = "#wpwrap";
	window.location.reload(true);
Remove the string #wpwrap and save changes!
Example: window.location.hash = "#wpwrap"; will become like this: window.location.hash = ""; Do the same for each #wpwrap string in file: wp-content\themes\yourtheme\themeple_framework\js\themeple_options.js This change will be included in theme's next update. But you can do it now if you do not want to wait until then.
Please go to file \includes\core\universalwp_routing.php and find these lines:
if(!function_exists('universalwp_set_portfolio_query')){
    function universalwp_set_portfolio_query()
	{
		$cl_redata = universalwp_redata_variable();

		$terms = $cl_redata['portfolio_categories'];

		$p_per_page = 6;
		switch($cl_redata['portfolio_columns']){
			case '1':
				$p_per_page = 3;
			    break;
			case '2':
				$p_per_page = 6;
				break;
			case '3':
				$p_per_page = 9;
				break;
			case '4':
				$p_per_page = 12;
				break;
			case '5':
				$p_per_page = 10;
				break;
According to your portfolio column number, you have to change the specific case, post per page number.
Example, if you have a portfolio with 4 columns:
case '4':
	$p_per_page = 50;
	break;
Save changes and refresh page.
It will display 50 portfolio items in a portfolio page that is set to have 4 columns.

Then go to file: template_inc\admin\admin_options.php and add the new fonts, in all the lists like the below: $page_elements[] = array( "slug" => 'font_type', "name" => 'Select Font', "desc" => 'Font to be used for your site', 'type' => 'select', 'id' => 'font_page', 'std' => 'Open Sans', 'subtype' => array( 'HelveticaLTStd-Bold' => "HelveticaLTStd-Bold", 'Alice'=>'Alice', 'Allerta'=>'Allerta', 'Arvo'=>'Arvo',
Follow the above instructions on how to translate the portfolio with WPML. Please download this xml file and replace it at your theme's folder. Here you can download the file.
You must install and activate WPML plugins:
  • WPML Multilingual CMS
  • WPML String Translation
  • WPML Translation Management
  • WPML CMS Nav
Make sure you have the latest versions of the plugins.
Note: Theme Options can't be translated. You must set the homepage, blog and portfolio pages in the default language. The pages are translated automatically, there's no need to assign they on other languages at theme options.
To translate the portfolio, first you must translate the page, the portfolio items and the categories.

Go to WPML Translation Management -> Multilingual Content Setup and check to translate these:
http://www.clipular.com/c/5202551176691712.png?k=iZCpDbqaaKo-6S8DUsAoh7Es2LE

Go to Theme and plugins Localization, check 'Translate by WPML'. Click "Scan the theme for strings", here.
Then go to String Translations and check the context's list. 'admin_texts_theme_solveto' should appear.

Search the portfolio id (get the portfolio page id for the default language and search it here. Also you need to find the portfolio page id for the other language to paste in the translation field) here and add the portfolio page id of the other language at the translation field.

Save it and view the portfolio page on front-end.
You don't need to purchase any of the included plugins! The included in the theme package are the latest one at the time of theme release. We make all necessary updates to all included plugin, in every theme update. It may happen that in between the releases time, some new versions of plugins comes out. The theme is completely functional and tested with the current plugin version. But if you must update early, you will have to buy it yourself. Thank you for understanding!
The purchase code you get from buying the theme, is needed only to register at the support forum. You don't need to use it else where. You won't need it for future theme updates. For it you will be notified via e-mail and then you can re-download the latest version form your Envato account. The plugins too, can not be updated with theme purchase code. You need to wait until we update them or buy them yourselves. Thank you for the understanding!
